1962년 부터 시작한 007 James Bond 영화가 2002년까지 총 20편이 제작되었다.

최초의 007 영화는 <007 Dr.No>로서 <007 殺人番號>라는 제목으로 상영되었고 뒤이어

<From Russia with Love, 제명 007 危機一發>, <007 Goldfinger> 등이 제작되었다.

당시 영화는 엄청난 인기를 끌었으며 특히 James Bond의 상대역으로 나오는 Bond Girl의

인기도 높았었다.
