컬러로 보는 백년 전, 러시아 사진 (Russia in color, a century ago (1)

Photographer : Sergei Mikhailovich Prokudin-Gorskii (1863-1944)
                            .....photographs taken between 1909 and 1912.

아래 사진은 Sergei Mikhailovich Prokudin-Gorskii (1863-1944) 가 약 100년 전에 찍은 것으로
니콜라이 2세가 통치하는 帝政 러시아 시대였다. 1917년 러시아혁명으로 帝政 러시아는 붕괴되고
공산사회주의 국가로 변신하였다.
정치사회적으로 혼란의 격동기였음에도  Sergei Mikhailovich Prokudin-Gorskii의 시선으로 찍은
당시 러시아의 풍물이 목가적인 분위기와 사람들의 모습이 컬러로 구현되어 상당히 따뜻한
정감을 느끼게 한다.
당시에도 컬러 카메라가 있었다는 사실에 놀라움을 감출 수 없다.

아래 두번째 사진의 남자가 Sergei Mikhailovich Prokudin-Gorskii이며 셀프 타이머로
자신의 모습을 찍었다.
