아래 포스팅은 1950년대 초, 유럽 건설업체 Heijmans Group이 중동에 진출하여
석유관련 각종 공사에 사용한 중장비로서
LeTourneau-Westinghouse에서 제작한 Tournapull, Tourna-dozer 등을 위시하여 각종 불도저,
그레이더, 크레인, 로울러, 콤팩터, 트레일러 등... 오늘날의 첨단 중장비에 비하여 고전적인 중장비이다.
여기에 소개된 터너풀(Tournapull), 터너도저(Tourna-Dozer), 불도저, 크레인 등의 중장비는
한국전쟁 이후, 우리나라에서도 널리 사용되었다.
In the beginning of the fifties the Heijmans Group decided its activities
to the Middle East to expand. In Turkey were two NATO airfields.
The foreign operations extended further out and be accommodated
in the D.I.C.C. established in 1958.
No sooner was the creation a fact and got the new-fangled company the contract for
the construction of the hoofdirigatiekanaal with pump stations in Haft Tapeh
in South Persia (now Iran) in 1968 were the last work in that country ended
with the construction of the main road network in the Dez Pilot Irrigation Project.
The wide experience gained was then used in the construction of pipelines for
the transport of gas, water, fuel and petrochemical products at home and abroad.
